Schloss Gobelsburg es una de las bodegas históricas (fundada en 1137) de Austria. Allí se cultiva ampliamente la variedad tradicional grüner veltliner, aunque la riesling ha encontrado también su máxima expresión en zonas como Kamptal. Gobelsburg Riesling Urgestein proviene de las cepas más jóvenes de sus viñedos Gaisberg y Heiligenstein. Un blanco aromático y fresco ideal como aperitivo, acompañando salmón ahumado y quesos de pasta blanda.
