El equipo de Toni Sarrión nos presenta su nuevo vino: un blanco elaborado, principalmente, con uva merserguera (63%), una variedad de uva autóctona en la zona pero casi perdida hoy, procedente de su finca Calvestra, unos viñedos plantados suelos calizos de textura franco-arcillosa a más de 900 metros de altura. El resto del coupage, viognier (30%) y malvasía dan como resultado un expresivo blanco, que destaca por sus aromas de flores blancas, ligeros toques críticos y notas de miel, su frescor y cremosidad. Un blanco con carácter mediterráneo, goloso y agradable. Criado en depósitos de acero inoxidable sobre lías finas durante 8 meses.
