Las etiquetas tienen un efecto curioso. Sin rostro pero con sombrero: Albariño, sin duda. Es un galante caballero que se sustenta sobre ocho sólidas patas: fruta de hueso, manzana, flores blancas, uvas frescas, untuosidad, salinidad, intensidad y frescor. Este albariño, de color amarillo claro y reflejos verdosos, exhibe una nariz intensa, con aromas de melocotón blanco, manzana verde y flores blancas en un primer plano, que evolucionan hacia notas más glicéricas e intensas, como piel de uva (especialmente de uvas de moscatel) y piel de manzana, notas que denotan un tacto ya en nariz de untuosidad. En boca, tiene una entrada intensa, bastante potente, con un toque dulzón que invita a beber y se confirma esa textura untuosa, muy bien compensada ahora en el paladar por una limpia acidez. Es agradable, jugoso, muy frutal y nos deja en los labios un agradable tacto salino y mineral. Un albariño gastronómico, que acompañará deliciosamente unas ricas tapas de pulpo a la gallega.
