Los vinos de la gama Tradition de Schloss Gobelsburg se elaboran de la forma más artesanal posible, intentando recuperar el sabio magisterio de los monjes que lo elaboraban anteriormente, según los antiguos métodos de vinificación, con fermentaciones sin control de temperatura. Este Tradition se elabora con uva veltliner procedente de un viñedo de unas 6 ha, con cepas de 50 años de edad media y rendimientos de 40 hl/ha, con fermentación y crianza en roble austríaco (roble de Manhartsberg). Un vino de gran calidad y finura que ganará en complejidad con algunos años de reposo en bodega. Fermentado y criado durante 18 meses en barricas de roble austríaco de Manhartsberg.
