El Truc es un vino natural sin ningún tipo de aditivo. El vino procede de las viñas dels Molats, dos pequeñas parcelas de macabeu. Fermenta de manera espontanea sin levaduras autóctonas y sin control de temperatura, al final de la fermentación se realiza batonnage para favorecer la maloláctica y suavizar la acidez.
