Fruta fresca y un buen equilibrio, sabroso, graso, ligeramente tostado y con un fondo dulce. Así es este chardonnay fermentado y criado en barrica durante 6 meses. Fermentado y criado durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés y, posteriormente, durante 6 meses en botella.

The production region of D.O. Somontano is located in La región en la provincia de Huesca que tiene como centro la localidad de Barbastro. Zona verde y abrupta, en ella la vid se cultiva en las terrazas de los valles que desembocan en el límite norte de la depresión del Ebro. Somontano significa al pie del monte y define perfectamente el área geográfica donde se asienta esta denominación de origen, ya que se trata de una zona de transición entre el valle del río Ebro y los Pirineos, también conocida como pre-pirineo.
