Un blanco de guarda, elaborado 100% con la variedad godello de dos viñas, una de 30 años, de la que procede el 75% de la uva, plantada en suelo pizarroso a una altitud de 650-670 m, y otra más joven (16 años), plantada en suelo de esquistos y pizarra a 480. Debido a que ha sido embotellado sin filtrar, puede presentar residuos sólidos. Se recomienda decantar. Fermentación alcohólica en barricas de roble francés y crianza sobre lías durante 12 meses. Posteriormente permanece en huevos de hormigón durante 4 meses y en botella durante 18 meses. No ha realizado fermentación maloláctica.
