Vino blanco elaborado a partir de la variedad Verdejo, siguiendo el método tradicional. Fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a una temperatura controlada. Un verdejo con un toque muy agradable, diferente y de corte moderno. De color amarillo pálido con tonos verdosos. Aroma a hierba recien cortada, manzana verde y almendra amarga, con una intensa nariz a fruta blanca y un paso largo y sedoso en boca, imprescindible siempre en su bodega.
