Sin Rumbo es uno de los vinos más destacados de la gama MicrobioWines, el proyecto más personal de Ismael Gozalo, conocido hasta hoy por ser el enólogo y uno de los copropietarios de Bodegas Ossian. Se trata de un vino natural, elaborado con uvas de verdejo procedentes de un viñedo prefiloxérico y criado en barricas. Original, auténtico y sorprendente, quizá no un vino para todos los paladares, pero de calidad excepcional; en palabras del mismo Luis Gutiérrez, miembro del equipo de Robert Parker: "Desearía que más vinos naturales fueran como los de esta bodega". Damos fe y avisamos de que sólo se elaboran 750 botellas. Fermentado y criado, durante 10-11 meses, en barricas de roble de 600 litros.
