En esta ocasión, las bodegas José Pariente se aventuran con otra uva muy bien adaptada a los suelos vallisoletanos: la sauvignon blanc. Popular en su Loira nativo o en países como Nueva Zelanda en los que se ha convertido en todo un emblema, la sauvignon blanc ofrece una cara muy particular en manos de los expertos de José Pariente. Sus vinos son limpios y aromáticos, minerales y frescos gracias al clima continental imperante. Las uvas empleadas en la elaboración del José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc proceden de algunas de las cepas más viejas de la denominación, plantadas hace más de 30 años. El vino obtenido combina con elegancia los aromas tropicales con los herbáceos hipnotizándonos hasta llegar a una boca tersa y nítida cuya intensidad no decae hasta el postgusto.

The production region of D.O. Rueda is located in Las regiones de las provincias de Valladolid, Segovia y Ávila, en España. Integrada por 72 municipios de los cuales 53 se sitúan al sur de la provincia de Valladolid, 17 al oeste de Segovia y 2 al norte de Ávila.
