Clos de La Crochette proviene de vides plantadas en 1987. El Chardonnay Mâcon proviene de una parcela de arcilla caliza en este purblo. El viñedo está orientado al sur a una altitud de 200 metros. Le Clos tiene una hermosa estructura de arcilla ligera sobre un fondo de piedra caliza duro y contiene muchos pequeños pedregales de piedra blanca. Las parcelas se trabajan en orgánico (certificación ECOCERT) y biodinámica.

The production region of A.O.C. Mâcon is located in La comarca de Saône-et-Loire en el viñedo de Mâconnais, Borgoña. La denominación incluye 27 nombres geográficos (Mâcon-Loché, Mâcon-Peronne, etc.), así como varios productos (blanco, rosado, rojo).
