Un vino más que correcto, con buena acidez, cremoso, afrutado... Un blanco con un coupage poco habitual: un 45% de uvas xarel·lo, procedentes de cepas de entre 20 y 40 años, perfectamente ensambladas con chardonnay, garnacha blanca y macabeo. Fermentado y envejecido en barricas de roble.
Idoia Blanc es uno de los vinos de referencia de Siscu Martí en su histórica finca Ca N'Estruc ‒documentada desde el siglo XVI‒ y situada a los pies de la montaña de Montserrat. Ensamblaje de xarel·lo, garnacha blanca, chardonnay y macabeo criadas durante 5 meses en barricas de roble francés. Un delicioso blanco con notas de fruta blanca madura, cítricos y un delicado perfume de vainilla. En boca su textura de seda envuelve el paladar y su frescura le otorga un equilibrio perfecto. Para disfrutar desde ahora o guardar en su cava particular durante los próximos 5 años. Envejecido durante 6 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés Allier de tostado ligero.
