La Casa Pierre Mignon está situada en La Breuil, en el Noreste del Valle del Marne. Después de cinco generaciones, la familia Mignon ha heredado un «savoir faire», actualmente expresado a través de Pierre Mignon y su esposa Yveline, así como sus dos hijos, Céline y Jean-Charles. Con 15 hectáreas de viñedos que queda repartido entre el Valle de Marne, la Côte des Blancs y el entorno de Épernay, siendo la casta Meunier la mayoritaria en sus propiedades (60%), que completan la Chardonnay (30%), y algunas parcelas de Pinot Noir que cubren el 10% restante de la explotación. Con el mayor número de viñas de Meunier hace que esta sea la que confiere a la casa una personalidad especial.
