El Mas de Fontallada es una antigua masia en el corazón del Penedès documentado desde principios del siglo XI y en cuyas tierras ya se cultivaba el viñedo en la época romana hace más de 2000 años. Tradición y buen hacer para un buen cava brut, con un coupage de xarel·lo (50%), macabeo (30%) y parellada. Envejecido durante 18 meses en botella.

Cava is located in La denominada región del Cava, que comprende fundamentalmente la comarca catalana del Penedés (provincias de Barcelona y Tarragona), donde se encuentra San Sadurní de Noya, el centro de producción más importante. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
