Un coupage de las variedades tradicionales junto con la chardonnay son la base de este cava ecológico que nos recuerda a los champagnes, pero en un gama de precio difícil de igualar: de exquisita textura, cremoso, maduro, frutal, fresco y con una baja acidez que lo hace muy agradable al paladar. The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
