El inconfundible aroma y sabor del Vinagre de Jerez El Majuelo, nace de una rigurosa selección de vinos de Jerez y un envejecimiento durante años en botas de roble americano. Después de un año en bota, su color ámbar suave y limpio, reflejos verdosos no detectables a simple vista, recuerda a los vinos de Jerez en su crianza oxidativa. Sin agitar vemos que nos recuerda a los vinos secos de Jerez afrutados, tiene aromas tostados después de su año en bota. Al mover se nota el ácido acético como disolvente de aromas y los potencia, al ser un vinagre joven cuesta diferenciarlos aunque aparecen frutos secos. Recuerda cuando un vino de Jerez comienza a hacerse amontillado. En boca, es un vinagre seco con ligeros toques de madera que en la nariz no se aprecian, fresco y suave, en el retrogusto aparecen las notas de frutos secos que decíamos al agitarlo.
