Ha conseguido la admiración y el reconocimiento del sector gracias a sus extraordinarios vinos dulces elaborados con pedro ximénez. Toro Albalá Pedro Ximénez Convento es una de sus joyas más preciadas. Tiene el color del café, oscuro y muy opaco.
