Recuperando la tradición de elaborar vinos dulces en el Priorat, Mas d'en Gil presenta su vino dulce natural Nus, elaborado a partir de cinco tipos de elaboraciones distintas, el resultado estará envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés. Principalmente, vinos de garnacha (80%), pero también de syrah (15%) y viognier (5%). Se trata de un vino dulce aromáticamente intenso, en el que destacan los aromas a confituras de frutas rojas y naranja, y las notas especiadas de vainilla y canela, y frutas desecadas como las uvas pasas y las ciruelas. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas usadas, con muy poco aporte tánico. La madera nueva dominaría la estructura y aromas del vino.
