Vino blanco dulce. Moscatel de Grano Menudo. 24 meses en barrica de roble francés. Uvas vendimiadas a mano hasta bien entrado el mes de noviembre esto le otorga concentración de aromas y la complejidad. Color dorado brillante. Aromas florales, frutas escarchadas, notas amieladas, expresivo. En boca goloso, sabroso, largo y especiado. Muy equilibrado. D.O.P. Pago Bolandin.
Apariencia: Color oro saturado.
Nariz: Extraordinaria complejidad, con notas enfáticas de frutas tropicales bien maduras, frutas confitadas, orejones y miel.
Varietal, elegante, con gran carácter, intensas notas de bollería e higos, integra los aromas de azahar, miel de acacia y las especias más elegantes.
Boca: Se caracteriza por una intensidad de múltiples capas, con un equilibrio impresionante entre sensación suave, fruta y un crujiente. Viva acidez. Un acabado casi sin fin, con sutiles toques de roble tostado y crema catalana.
Maridaje: Para ser emparejado con quesos fuertes y picantes. Ideal para aperitivos con foie gras o platos orientales muy picantes. Buen complemento para la repostería.
Época de vendimia: Primera semana de noviembre.
Cosecha: Manual en cajas de 15 kg.
Maceración: Pre-fermentativa en frío a 5 º C durante 24 horas.
Elaboración y crianza: Selección manual en mesa. Fermentación parcial a baja temperatura en barricas nuevas de roble francés y posterior crianza durante 14 meses.
