La Milana son 11 terrazas que hacen un total de 7 hectáreas en torno a la actual masía de Can Milà de la Roca. Hace unos 150 años estas viñas fueron cultivadas directamente por la esposa del Sr. Milá, de aquí le viene el nombre de La Milana. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas nuevas, con alto aporte tánico.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
