Rasim es el nombre que se daba a la uva en Perpiñán en el siglo XIV y el nombre que la Cooperativa l'Olivera ha escogido para sus vinos dulces. Este tinto dulce se elabora con uvas sobremaduras de garnacha tinta, dejando la fruta deshidratar ligeramente a la sombra antes de fermentar en acero inoxidable. El resultado es un precioso vino color cereza con aromas de mermelada de fruta silvestre y recuerdos a cacao y especias de fondo. En boca resulta muy equilibrado y de tacto envolvente, repartiendo frescor y amabilidad a partes iguales. El final es largo y goloso, llevándonos irremediablemente a otro sorbo.
