En medio del Parc Natural del Cap de Creus, en la encrucijada entre Cadaqués, Roses y Port de la Selva, la familia Martín Faixó cultiva 12 hectáreas sobre suelos de pizarra con la influencia del mar y la Tramuntana. Perafita Rosat es un ensamblaje de merlot y garnacha negra que se prensa directamente sin maceración previa a la fermentación. Un rosado seductor y fresco con recuerdos de fresas y grosellas.

The production region of D.O. Empordà is located in La región de Ampurdán (Empordà), hasta 2006 denominada Ampurdán-Costa Brava, abarca la zona vinícola desde la Albera hasta la sierra de Rodas y la Garrotxa de Ampurdán, en España. El área de producción está distribuida en dos subzonas: 35 municipios al norte del Alto Ampurdán y 13 municipios al este del Bajo Ampurdán.
