El resultado son vinos de calidad heterogénea con agradables colores y distinguida fruta fresca, un toque de austeridad y taninos especialmente marcados en algunas cuvées, por lo que les conviene la maduración en botella. Son vinos que satisfarán a aquellos que demandan vinos frescos y modernos, equilibrados y con una graduación alcohólica moderada. En los grandes terruños las cepas viejas pudieron jugar completamente su rol de regulación y en ellas se ha obtenido una destacada concentración. En estas cuvées, los bajísimos rendimientos son una de las claves. Envejece en barricas de roble francés Allier y Tronçais de un vino.
