Susana Esteban –originaria de Tui, en Pontevedra– decidió emprender su aventura personal después de trabajar en varias bodegas de Douro y Alentejo, seleccionando distintas parcelas de la región alentejana plantadas con variedades históricas. Cabriolet se elabora solo cuando alguna de las variedades, en una buena añada, sorprende por su calidad. Un tinto fragante con un precioso color violeta, aromas de flores y fruta fresca con una boca redonda y armónica. Un tinto muy seductor perfecto con aves o carnes rojas guisadas, arroces de montaña y quesos de cabra u oveja. Solo 1.930 botellas.
