A tan solo 4 km al norte de Beaune –el epicentro de Bourgogne–, en el precioso pueblo de Savigny-lès-Beaune, se encuentra el domaine familiar Chandon de Briailles. Con una superficie de 13,7 hectáreas que cultivan en biodinámica desde 2008, elaboran 50.000 botellas repartidas entre 13 vinos blancos y tintos, que se crían en su bodega del siglo XIII.
