Tomàs Cusiné es el presidente de la DO Costers del Segre. Dirige 4 proyectos: Castell del Remei, Tomàs Cusiné, Cérvoles y Cara Nord Celler. En la Pobla de Cérvoles elabora Colors. Ensamblaje de garnacha, ull de llebre y syrah cultivadas en ecológico entre los 700 y 800 metros de altura a los pies de la Serra de la Llena, en una zona de gran contraste entre un clima mediterráneo y continental. Una deliciosa propuesta para acompañar con todo tipo de embutidos, aperitivos, pastas y carnes a la parrilla.
