Vino de Pago Aylés is located in Exclusivamente el Pago Aylés, anteriormente conocido como Bodega Señorío de Aylés, comenzó su andadura en 1994 con la compra de la finca por parte del propietario actual, quien reunificó así diversas propiedades que desde la Edad Media habían pertenecido a la llamada Finca Aylés, convirtiéndose en una de las fincas históricas privadas más grandes de Aragón caracterizada por su alto valor natural y paradisíaco.
