Mans de Samsó es un vino de producción muy limitada, tan sólo unas 800-900 botellas, elaborado exclusivamente con uva cariñena (samsó) de cepas de entre 80 y 100 años de edad. El buen trabajo de Vinyes d'en Gabriel no sorprende ya a nadie que haya tenido oportunidad de catar sus vinos de precio más asequible, pero con este monovarietal han visto su esfuerzo reconocido con la máxima puntuación de la Guia de Vins de Catalunya en su edición 2012, una guía en la que las catas se realizan a ciegas. Una deliciosa cariñena, llena de aromas y sabores de frutas silvestres, con toques minerales que nos transporta al paisaje que le ha dado vida, el Montsant. El cultivo del viñedo se rige por los parámetros de la viticultura ecológica y biodinámica.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
