El Escondite del Ardacho Las Guillermas es un vino de parcela de la serie El Escondite del Ardacho. Es una parcela realmente pequeña de sólo 0,62 ha de viñas viejas de más de 65 años de la Rioja Alavesa. Roberto Olivan, alma de Tentenublo, apuesta en este vino por la mezcla de tempranillo con viura y prescinde de la garnacha que sí aparecen en los otros vinos de parcela para elaborar tan sólo 630 botellas. Envejece 10 meses en barricas de roble francés y húngaro de primer y segundo uso.

The production region of D.O.Ca. Rioja is located in Las regiones de las comunidades autónomas de La Rioja y el País Vasco mayoritariamente, y en menor medida de Navarra y Castilla y León. Por la diversidad orográfica y climática se distinguen tres subzonas de producción: Rioja Alta (76 términos municipales en la comunidad autónoma de La Rioja y 1, Miranda de Ebro, en la provincia de Burgos, Castilla y León), Rioja Baja (42 términos municipales en la comunidad autónoma de La Rioja y 8 en Navarra) y Rioja Alavesa (15 términos municipales en la provincia de Álava, País Vasco).
