Sedella es la expresión de un clima, un paisaje, una tierra, una gente, una añada, un entorno... todo ello vertido en una copa de vino. Sedella es también el proyecto más personal de Lauren Rosillo, innovador enólogo que ya conocemos por su trabajo y asesoramiento de otras bodegas. Sedella se elabora a partir de cepas de las variedades autóctonas romé tinta y garnacha tinta, plantadas en 1940 en el paraje Las Viñuelas de Sedella, suelos de pizarra laminada, y cultivadas de manera tradicional, con mínima intervención, utilizando técnicas ancestrales como el arado romano tirado por animales y el arado manual, abonos a base de estiércoles de cabra y oveja de ganaderías cercanas, y extractos de ortiga, canela, roble y acacia para el control de enfermedades. La bodega cuenta con certificación ecológica. Envejecido durante 16 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés Tronçais y Nevers.
