La bodega cooperativa San Alejandro se fundó en 1962 en Miedes de Aragón (Zaragoza). Las Rocas de San Alejandro Garnacha Viñas Viejas es un tinto elaborado a partir de viñas viejas de hasta 100 años ‒con muy bajos rendimientos‒ plantadas en las subzonas de la Sierra Vicort y Santa Cruz en Calatayud. El vino se crió en barricas de roble durante 16 meses. Un tinto jugoso y sorprendente de una denominación donde la garnacha es la máxima protagonista. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas de roble americano (60%) y francés (40%).
