Goyo García Viadero nos ofrece con su Valdeolmos un vino que nos recuerda a la madurez de los vinos del Ródano y a la textura de un borgoña de Morgon. Elaborado con la típica variedad ribereña, la tempranillo, y algo de albillo, es un vino suave, con una marcada acidez, fresco, un vino que ofrece verdadero placer. Envejecido durante 16 meses en barricas borgoñesas de grano extrafino.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
