Antes de llegar a su mesa, este Taurasi emprende un largo viaje de entre 18 y 24 meses en barricas de roble francés y botas de 50 hl de tostado medio, y otros dos años más reposando en botella antes de salir al mercado. Su brillante color rojo rubí habla de un vino salubre del que emana un bouquet intenso, complejo y armónico: aromas de frutos del bosque, cerezas en licor, clavo, tabaco, especias dulces, hierbas, grafito...
