Vino ecológico, procedente de una finca de 10 hectáreas a 930 metros de altitud que, a principios de los años ochenta, iba a ser destinada como pista de aterrizaje, dada la afición a la aviación de Félix Callejo, pero que jamás llegó construirse. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
