Las uvas de este vino provienen del este de la denominación de Châteauneuf-du-Pape, de la ciudad de Courthézon. Allí, las cepas crecen sin pesticidas y la vendimia se realiza de manera totalmente manual. La garnacha domina un corte en el que la monastrell y la cariñena tienen también un papel determinante. Las uvas se despalillan al 80% y posteriormente el vino se cría en fudres durante varios meses antes del embotellado. Tras el corcho se esconde un tinto de bonita estructura con aromas de fruta silvestre madura y regaliz. En boca es moderadamente tánico y bastante goloso. Final redondo y gastronómico. Criado durante 6-9 meses en fudres.
