El Cornas es la cuvée más emblemática de Auguste Clape y uno de los vinos más concentrados, con mejor estructura y más longevos de la denominación. Pierre-Marie Clape, hombre de talento y apasionado, trabaja codo a codo con su hijo Olivier, para ofrecernos cuvées tan clásicas y tan fantásticas como ésta, un vino rico en aromas de sangre, de minerales, de pimienta, de cueros y por supuesto de fruta, con una rica textura y un largo final. Elaborado con uva totalmente sin despalillar. Envejecido durante 22 meses en fudres mayoritariamente viejos.
