El Molar es un vino atípico, una garnacha original, fresca y más ligera de lo que su origen podría llevarnos a presuponer. Será quizás la orientación norte de sus viñedos o el uso de fudres en su crianza, o quizás una combinación de estos y otros factores como el suelo calizo en que crecen sus uvas, pero lo cierto es que El Molar de Casa Castillo es un vino que enamora a cada sorbo. Aromático, balsámico, rebosante de fruta roja fresca, cremoso y fluido al tiempo. Envejecido durante 12 meses en fudres.
