Cap de Barbaria es un ensamblaje de varietales internacionales como la cabernet y la merlot, con otros más propios de la isla de Formentera: la mediterránea monastrell y la fogoneu, estas dos plantadas en una parcela de 0,5 ha, cepas de pie franco con 40-50 años de edad, que aportan al vino su especial personalidad.
