La de Bindella es una de las muchas historias de inversores visionarios, en este caso suizos, que se enamoraron del territorio de la Toscana y apostaron por las posibilidades de sus viñedos. Desde entonces, más de treinta años ya, la bodega ha escalado a lo más alto en cuanto a la calidad y prestigio de su producción, siendo hoy uno de los máximos exponentes del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. I Quadri es, junto a su hermano Vallocaia, uno de los vinos más galardonados de la bodega. En copa se revela con un brillante color rubí tan profundo como seductor; en nariz se presenta rico y elegante, con notas de frutos rojos, cacao, clavo y regaliz en un bouquet de extraordinaria complejidad. El clima del lugar, ideal por su amplitud térmica, y las cualidades del terreno, a 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar y de suelos arcillosos propios de las colinas de Montepulciano, otorgan a los vinos una especial finura en boca. Un Vino Nobile tan rico y pleno como fresco y mineral. Sabroso, con taninos sedosos y envolventes y una elegancia que no decae a lo largo de los años. La botella ideal para una gran mesa y acompañando los platos más ricos y elaborados.
