Micrit es el nuevo proyecto de José María Vicente (Casa Castillo) con Lala, Roberto, Alfonso y José (Envínate). Después de muchos años de amistad y de trabajar y disfrutar juntos, una viña vieja de casi 3 hectáreas en pie franco de monastrell en Jumilla –que tenía como destino el arranque– ha sido la excusa para esta nueva aventura. En 2015 la arrendaron y en 2017 elaboraron su primer vino, que vinificaron con raspón en lagares subterráneos y que criaron durante 18 meses en fudres usados. Micrit tiene un bonito e intenso color granate muy brillante. En nariz es complejo, con un intenso perfume de frutas negras y rojas maduras como las moras, las ciruelas o las fresas acompañadas de hierbas mediterráneas y especias como el clavo o la pimienta blanca. La boca es voluminosa y cargada de taninos suaves que le dan estructura y una magnífica textura sedosa con notas finales de regaliz y fruta negra.
