La finca de L'Ermita tiene una superficie de 4,45 hectáreas, aunque tan sólo 1,44 se encuentran plantadas con una excepcional garnacha de más de 100 años. Las cepas están plantadas con densidades de 4.600 cepas/ha sobre suelos de pizarra de estructura laminar, situada de forma vertical y oblicua, y la parcela se caracteriza por una veta en diagonal de gres. Una viña «fría» orientada hacia el norte y el este, a una altitud que oscila entre los 350 y los 430 metros. El ensamblaje de L'Ermita –que es el primer vino del Priorat en obtener la cualificación de Gran Vi de Vinya Classificada– está formado por un 80% garnacha, un 18% cariñena y un 2% de variedades blancas (garnacha blanca, macabeo y pedro ximénez). En nariz es preciso, con frutas maduras que a la vez son frescas, como la cereza y las fresas de principio de temporada. En boca tiene una percepción sápida y fresca, con una trama y peso excepcionales y un final de ensueño, ácido y crujiente. Producción de 2.900 botellas.
