Venus de La Figuera, elaborado por Sara Pérez y René Barbier, es exclusivamente garnacha del pueblo de la Figuera, en el Montsant. Sara y René asesoran enológicamente a los 3 socios del proyecto cooperativo del pueblo y, a cambio, ellos les arriendan su parcela Guixà para elaborar el vino. Las cepas, plantadas sobre suelos arcillo-calcáreos, están situadas a 600 metros de altitud, en la zona más alta del municipio. Tras la fermentación en barricas abiertas de 500 litros, el vino pasó a un foudre de 2.500 litros durante 18 meses. Un vino tinto que, gracias a su variedad, su suelo y su altitud, expresa la cara más fresca, fina y elegante de la garnacha del Montsant.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
