Ventisquero Tara es un ensamblaje mayoritario de syrah con una pincelada de merlot de viñedos plantados en pie franco en el Valle de Huasco, Chile. La fermentación se llevó a cabo con levaduras autóctonas y la fermentación maloláctica tuvo lugar en barricas de roble francés usadas. Elaborado con dosis mínimas de sulfuroso. Escasa producción de 3.500 botellas.
