Bajo este epígrafe salen año tras año entre cuatro y cinco monovarietales con la misma etiqueta frontal pero con el nombre de la uva bien identificada en la contra etiqueta. Siete son los varietales que elabora en tinto, siete son los pequeños deposito, siete es el numero de la suerte de Ismael Gozalo La uva proviene de una parcela en Nieva, provincia de Segovia. La viña se plantó en 1999 sobre un suelo de limo y arcilla negra y un subsuelo de pizarra gris. La superficie cultivada es de 0.81 Ha. Es un Merlot inusual, en nariz es balsámico, mineral. Frescor, terciopelo y con una gran personalidad. Envejecido en barricas de roble.
