La vendimia se ha realizado en el momento de maduración fenólica óptimo. Se ha macerado en frío de 3 a 4 días y la maceración fermentativa se ha realizado durante 21 días. La fermentación se ha llevado a cabo a 25ºC con remontados abiertos y délestage (eliminación de semillas). Producido en suelos arenosos y arcillo-calcáreos con piedra superficial. Los viñedos se hallan en las laderas soleadas de las montañas, a 400 m de altitud. Las viñas tienen una edad de 17 años. Un vino potente a la vez que elegante y fresco, de profundo carácter mediterráneo. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
