Fosc es un vino elaborado a partir de cepas cultivadas con certificación Demeter (Biodinámica) en la Finca Parera, en Sant Llorenç d'Hortons a 235 metros de altitud. La brisa fresca del mar y la elaboración ligera del vino hacen que el Fosc rebose de fruta roja fresca. Hay un toque de tierra en el paladar. Recomendamos enfriar un poco el vino.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
