El equipo de Mas Sersal nos ofrece un nuevo vino, joven y fresco, suave y sedoso, ideal para esos 'pequeños momentos' en los que nos apetece una buena copa. Es un vino de aromas primarios especialmente, con frutas rojas frescas, fresas, cerezas y frambuesas, un ligero fondo torrefacto y suaves notas balsámicas de eucalipto y pimienta blanca. Un tinto especialmente fresco, ideal para equilibrar platos especiados de cocina mediterránea (guisos de ternera, conejo, pollo...), platos grasos como patés y embutidos, salsas y quesos cremosos, pescados grasos... Un vino a tener siempre a mano. Envejecido durante 7 meses en barricas, de segundo y tercer año, de roble francés y americano.
