Sánchez Romate Pedro Ximénez es un sherry ideal para postres, helados, pastelería y quesos azules. Un vino de color caoba muy denso que, en boca, es delicado, suave y con toques de pasas. Fue en 1781 cuando Juan Sánchez de la Torre fundó esta bodega. Con más de 100 hectáreas de viñedos sobre suelos de albariza y viticultores que les proporcionan uvas moscatel y pedro ximénez de Montilla Moriles, trabaja varias gamas de sherrys, además de brandies y destilados. Un vino ideal para después de las comidas.
