En los ochenta la empresa apostó por la elaboración de vinos tranquilos por toda España, creando las Bodegas Berón, Vilarnau, Finca Constancia y Finca Moncloa, también compró el anís Chinchón. En el 2003 crea la empresa Summa, dedicada a la distribución y en 2008 consigue la totalidad de las acciones de Viñas del Vero.
