Barbadillo es una empresa familiar, propietaria de 500 hectáreas de viñedos repartidos en dos fincas «Gibalbín» y «Santa Lucía», situadas en la zona del «Jerez Superior». Actualmente esta empresa es el mayor criador de manzanillas de todo Jerez, con marcas tan prestigiosas como Solear y Muyfina. Sus oficinas están situadas en la Casa Palacio de la Silla, construida en 1773. Desde este trato atento, Barbadillo sigue caracterizando por ofrecer productos de primera calidad, capaces de satisfacer las exigencias de los paladares más selectos, pero a la vez con una gran aceptación popular.
